It’s been three months since I last did one of these blog posts. One eye infection and a cold later – I haven’t actually used as much of these products as I thought. But, after a whole three, months progress is being made.

Pan That Palette Challenge - Part 3 - November 2019

As with my previous post, I won’t be featuring all the items I mentioned in Part 1, just the products I’ve used. I probably don’t wear makeup as often as other people doing this Challenge, so my progress will be slow compared to them.

Revolution Fast Base Concealer - C14

Revolution Fast Base Concealer – C14

Little progress made on this product. It contours really well, but you just don’t need a lot. I would love to think that there will be much of a difference come the next update – but I think it’s unlikely.

I’ve actually stopped using this as a concealer, in favour of the fuller coverage “Conceal and Define”. I’m not featuring Conceal and Define in this post, as there really hasn’t been any change.

I’ve been using Fast Base Concealer as an eyeshadow primer and it’s actually working pretty well. As I think I’ve said before, I wouldn’t buy this again – Conceal and Define is just loads better in general.

Revolution Fast Base Foundation -F1

Revolution Fast Base Stick Foundation – F1

I was surprised when I edited this picture as to just how much I’d used. I’ve started using less of this product at a time and it does make it better on my oily skin. This is definitely not a foundation you can skip using powder with.

I probably sound like a broken record by now talking about how much I want to finish this foundation. It’s actually a bit of a love/hate relationship. Sometimes it look flawless – other times it look caked on.

I’m persevering as it feels like the finishing line is in sight.

The Body Shop Face Contouring Palette

Once again, progress is slow. There’s a dip starting to form in the bronzer shade – probably mostly from using it as a crease shade in my eyeshadow. Other shades are slowly being used, but the blusher is so pigmented it’s going to take forever.

Sleek Highlighter Palette - Solstice

Sleek Highlighter Palette – Solstice

Another product with very little change. If you’re looking for a Cruelty Free, super pigmented, shimmery Highlighter Palette that lasts forever, then this should definitely be on your list.

I find you need a light hand with this or you can end up looking like a disco ball. I’ve also been using this for inner eye and brow bone highlighting.

MUA 15 Eyeshadow Palette - Colour Burst

MUA 15 Eyeshadow Palette – Colour Burst

I’m the most proud of the progress I’ve made in this palette over the past few months. After spending the summer using a red, orange and yellow combination, I’ve spent the autumn using the green shades with yellow on the inner corner.

After using the yellow shade consistently for the past few months, I think I can finally see a chance of hitting pan with in the next few weeks.

This palette isn’t the most pigmented, so the looks I’ve made with it aren’t too over the top for the daytime.

Barry M Holographic Lip Topper - Spellbound

Barry M. Holographic Lip Topper – Spellbound

Rubbish picture I know, but a great illustration of exactly how much I’ve used. I use this Lip Topper on its own as a gloss and tend to reapply every few hours. Given the fact it’s only 4ml, it’s definitely been good value for money.

And that’s it. There will hopefully be one more update this year in my Project Pan Challenge, here’s hoping it might it features an actual pan!
