The Mascara Revolution – Review
Hey Guys.
It feels like Revolution come out with a new eyeshadow palette every week (and believe me, I buy them!), and some of the things they’ve been coming out with recently are Game Changers, so I guess it was only a matter of time before they tried to make a big splash in the mascara market, BUT is this really The Mascara Revolution?
YES!!!
At £8, i’ll be honest, I really didn’t want to like this mascara. There are many that I have bought and likes in the past, all cruelty free, some vegan (Barry M Lash Vegas 2 £4.99 – probably being my favourite vegan option), and some not (The very pricey Rodial Mascara £24 – I got in a magazine), but let me tell you, none of them come close to this baby.
The pic on top is my natural, uncurled lashes, no makeup, nothing. The pic below is one coat of The Mascara Revolution.
I was surprised. Shocked. Okay, so I don’t look like i’m wearing false lashes, but it curls, defines, lengthens and generally makes my eyes seem more awake and my lashes seem full. The vegan formula seriously competes with some of its non-vegan counterparts.
Lastly, I need to mention the wand. Most of the time I have to apply my mascara so carefully or I end up getting little spots of it all over my perfected eyeshadow look, not with this wand. It holds the lashes without feeling like they’re being ripped from your skin while separating each lash with ease.
Anyway, enough of my waffling on. If you’re in the market for a good vegan mascara that does what it says, in pretty Rose Gold packaging, and for a reasonable price (even better when its on 3 for 2), then this is the one you want.
5/5
